Tell us what's
happened to you since high school
(Feel free to tell us THE WHOLE STORY):
After graduating from PHS, (a year early, but I
really consider myself a
1972 graduate) went to Cal Poly Pomona for two years. Transferred to San
Diego State Univ. and earned my teaching credential and B.A. Moved to the
Bay Area to attend San Francisco State Univ. for graduate school. Earned
another teaching credential and Masters in Special Ed- Deaf and Hard of Hearing.

I'm married. I have two stepchildren and
two grandkids.

Career? Job?
First Grade Teacher (and I love it!) for
32 years! Taught 10 of those 32
years in Sp. Ed.-Deaf and Hard of Hearing. I've taught at the same
elementary school for my entire career. So now, I am teaching some of my
students' kids. Cool. I've been blessed to receive two awards in my
career- Teacher of the Year. My passion is teaching reading to my first graders.

The list would be soooooooo long. I'm an
avid reader. My favorite all
time favorite though is To Kill a Mockingbird.
