Tell us what's happened to you since high school
(Feel free to tell us THE WHOLE STORY):

I married Rosemary Tucker from Claremont High. We've been married almost 28 years now (2003). We have six children and two grandchildren. Our oldest son Jacob would have been 25 this year. He died in a swimming accident in 1998. Emily is 23, married and has a son Porter (3) and Charise (2). Chad is our next son. He is 20 and is currently serving a mission for our church in Buenos Aires. Marc, our 4th child is 17. Heidi, our 5th is almost 12 and Megan our 6th is almost 7.

The death of our son was a major crisis in our life. Rosemary and I made it through with a lot of help from friends and family. Then our son Marc turned out to have a major problem with drugs some of which was a result of Jake's death. We turned our lives upside down, pull out all the stops and moved from Mesa, Az. to Utah to get help for Marc at a treatment center. All looks well as Marc has overcome most of his problems and is back on track dealing with life.

Career? Job?

I've been in the software business since graduating from college. I've worked primarily in the medical field although I spent about 9 years building semi-conductor manufacturing equipment. My kids fondly refer to me as a geek. I've had a lot of fun designing and developing systems. It has been a bit of challenge staying ahead of things. I've gone from writing assembly language code on punch cards for anti-submarine warfare systems to writing Java code and building web sites that allow users to manipulate x-ray images. Mr. Weizcorek, our Pomona High School calculus teacher wouldn't like to know how little math I've been able get away without doing though :-).

Where do you live?

Layton, Utah. I telecommute from my home to Mesa, Arizona. We lived in
Mesa for almost 20 years until moving to Utah.

Which of your classmates are you most curious about?

Mostly I am wondering if Bill O'Keefe can still dance like he did at the
20th reunion.
