Tell us what's
happened to you since High School
(Feel free to tell us THE WHOLE STORY):
I continued with photography
after High School by working in Photo Stores.
I was baptized into the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (Mormon's)
in March 1973. I went to MSAC for a while and then to
Brigham Young University in Provo Utah. I loved it! I served as a
full time missionary for the LDS Church between
March of 1975 and Feb. 1977 in the Washington D.C. area, mainly
Maryland and Virginia. Not a very exotic place to serve but I was there during
the 1976 Bicentennial which was great.
When I returned home I married
Debbie Ronshuasen (PHS class of 1970) in March 1977. We didn't know each other in
High School but met at church. In July of 1977 we decided to move out of "smogville"
and ended up in Eureka, California where all of our 4 children were born. I
continued to work in a local photography store for several years and then was
offered a job as a manager of a local Sherwin-Williams paint store. That lasted
for 6 years and we ended up in Yuba City just north of Sacramento. I left SW and
went back to school and took a lot of computer classes. We realized
that we really missed Eureka and moved back in 1990. Spent some more time working for
the same store that was a photography store but ended up being an audio video
store while doing computer consulting on the side. Eventually dumped the secure
real full-time job with a regular paycheck and benefits and and starting working
for myself as a full-time computer consultant. I love it. Every day is a
different challenge. I go into people's home's and office's and take care of ANY
computer problems that they may have. I do it all. See my web site.

It took me a long time to figure out what I wanted to do when I grew up.
We have 3 daughters who are all busy taking
care of our grandchildren and one son who served as a Military
Policeman in the U.S. Marines. He deployed to Iraq in February 2006 and returned
in September 2006. While in Iraq he received the Purple Heart. He then went back
to
29 Palms California where he was given a special assignment as the personal
driver for the bases Commanding General. After doing that for a year he was
deployed to Okinawa, Japan where he finished his service commitment. He was
released in December 2009. Within several months he was promoted to Sergeant.
Of course I am also the
Webmaster for the PHS 72 Reunion Web Site.
