We moved to Diamond Bar and I finished my senior year at Walnut High School.  But I still feel like my classmates from Pomona are my true class.  I was only at Walnut one semester. 

Went to college, graduating from Irvine and started working in the transit industry.  I managed a transit system in Salinas, CA and Steamboat Springs, CO before starting a consulting company about ten years ago. It keeps me busy.

Met my husband in Salinas (although it took us awhile to marry.  We have a 26 year old daughter who is getting married in March (Hooray!) and a 12 year old son who is not yet interested in girls (Hooray!). My children are both bright and athletic (something they get from their father).  My son would love to be a professional baseball player.  My daughter put her talents to work as a topless dancer.  Sigh.  She has now graduated to bartending in a topless bar.  Saving for college has not been a high priority for us!

We live in Elizabeth, CO, a small town (pop 2,000) about an hour southwest of Denver. I have always loved the mountains and Colorado is my kind of state.  Except we keep getting these @#$%!@ conservative legislators. 

I like traveling, reading, gardening, hiking and cycling.  I am trying to pick up where I left off in 8th grade and learn Spanish.  Spent a couple weeks in Mexico studying Spanish last year and was surprised at how much I remember.
